Wonderful services! Super clean, organized, friendly, and efficient. We went to have our son's vaccine records transferred to Florida Shots and receive a Florida Certification of Immunization for free since we don't have health insurance yet and didn't want to pay for a doctor's visit. Just make sure you insist that preschoolers can obtain the DH680 from--some of the ladies at the front windows didn't know. Regardless, it's a great public service and their clinics offer many more services. Thank you!

Was hung up on by some jerk who didn't want to help. Apparently the whole institution is unable to do anything. I looked for help with my water quality and proving my disability = broken back and i jave no big toes. Why are we paying taxes?

Terrible experience. Was here an hour prior to appointment so I could make sure all the paperwork was done. They said they might be able to get us in early. That didn't happen. Everyone that came in after us was helped. We are still sitting here well after our appointment time. The one star is for one individual employee who was super nice. They rest were not. They questioned if I was the biological mom. I have explained to them multiple times I am married to their dad. Their mom hasn't been in the picture or contacted them in over 10 years. MY SON, doesn't even know her because she bounced when he was 1 1/2. So them saying "mom" things in front of him was triggering to us both. He was not happy about how they called me "step mom" because I'm the one who raised him. They then made us fill out even more paperwork and then call his father to confirm. I'm on ALL the kids medical things and have been for 10 years. Maybe they should inform themselves before spouting off at the mouth and upsetting my 12 year old. Rude! We only came because his insurance forced us to. Very upset about the whole situation. Not to mention I am disabled and they made us wait so long on hard chairs with n

Brought my child here for immunizations because of a mix up with insurance at our pediatrician. Making the appointment for next day was quick and check in was a breeze. Pam, who administered the vaccines, was so kind! She did an incredible job at making them as quick and painless as possible for our little one.

I dont know if im reveiwing the right area, but who ever worked the front desk on 4/28/2026 needs to be fired. We came in there trying to get a certifide birth certificate and the lady at the front desk was what i could only describe as somebody who truly hates their job. We tried to be verry polite and i was constantly interupted like it was a problem we were even there. She just handed us a piece of paper and didnt even bother to help. Not to mention just extreamly rude and unprofessional. If this is how goverment offices are ran im honestly ashamed. This lady treated us like we just killed her puppy right in front of us. I get it we have bad days, and i dont wish for illwill against the individual. But like there has to be a line drawn for how you speak to people. I hope that person went and had a better day cuz she made mine shitty with her additude and performance.
